The interview process involved an Online Test (OT) with aptitude and coding questions, which I passed. Then, there was a Technical Interview where I was asked about cycle detection in linked lists, finding missing and repeating numbers in an array, and discussing my projects. They specifically asked about my ML work. Following that, I had a Senior Manager Technical Interview, which felt more like a formality, checking attitude and mindset. They asked about AI vs ML differences, some behavioral questions, and a very basic "Hello World" coding task. It seemed like the interviewer had already decided against me as the questions weren't very relevant. I wasn't selected. Key takeaways are that resume-based questions are crucial, so brush up on everything you mention. Managerial rounds might seem casual but they assess clarity, confidence, and communication.

The interview process consists of an HR interview, a technical interview, and a final interview with the senior manager. The process and schedule were very professional. The HR team was friendly, as were the other interviewers. The questions mostly focused on your previous and current experiences. They asked questions in a conversational manner, as if they were talking to a friend, so you wouldn't feel anxious about what is right or wrong. There is no 'right or wrong' answer; they just wanted to understand how your past experiences can leverage or suit the open position.

So, I interviewed at Infor and it was a really good time. Basically, there were two parts: first a chat with HR, then a technical interview. Pretty simple stuff, and the people I talked to were super nice and welcoming. They mostly asked about my resume and how my experience fit what they were looking for. The technical part was cool, felt more like a chat than a test. Got the offer about three weeks later. Honestly, it was the best interview I've had, not just 'cause I got the offer, but 'cause they made it feel so comfortable and positive.
