Account Manager
HR Supervisor did a Skype Interview first to check my background, skills, and where I am in my career. It took 2 months, then I had an interview with the HR manager who wanted to know my aspirations, why I want to switch, and my career moment. One week later, the Sales Director (hiring manager) had the final interview. They gave me a company product a few days prior and I had to prepare a presentation to simulate a business meeting.
- Tell me about yourself and your present experiences/skills that match the job description.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- Why should we hire you?
Account Manager
I interviewed with two managers, then there was a reference check, and finally I met the VP of Sales at their home office. I provided one of Infor's current customers as a reference, someone I sold an ERP package to when I worked at another company.
- Tell me about your knowledge of the industry.
- What contacts do you have in the industry?
- Could you describe one of your sales processes?
Account Manager
The hiring process is pretty standard. You might need to give a presentation about a product you previously sold to show off your communication skills.
- What makes you want to join this company?
