First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infor.
Associate Consultant
The interviewer actually laughed at me when I didn't get a question, which felt really disrespectful and made me uncomfortable. I didn't get the job in the end, and honestly, I wouldn't have taken it anyway. Interviews should be more of a conversation, you know? This whole thing just left me with a bad feeling.
- Can you tell me about a project you worked on previously?
Business Consultant
The interview process at Infor Manila was really good and made me feel welcome. First, I had a phone chat with the recruiter where we went over my background, skills, and what I'm looking for career-wise. After that, I met face-to-face with the hiring manager. They really got into my technical skills, how I interact with people, and my understanding of what the job involves. I got to ask them questions too, which was great for learning about the team's vibe, their future plans, and how I could grow there. Everyone was professional, clear, and nice, which helped me relax and show what I know effectively.
- How would you manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines while still producing excellent work?
Associate Consultant
I applied through my college and took a written test on March 20, 2019. The test was medium difficulty and required good time management since we had to answer 90 questions in 90 minutes. It included Aptitude, verbal, and Technical sections, all MCQs with no negative marking, so luck played a role. After waiting two months, I received an email on May 20th about my selection. My interview was at their office on May 25th. I was a bit nervous because over 500 people were there at the Infosys office for interviews. First, they checked all our documents. Then they called my name. In the cabin, there were two people: an HR and a Technical interviewer. The interview was tough and lasted about one and a half hours. Since I'm an ECE student, they asked me a lot about C&DS. I cleared that round. My suggestion is that most filtering happens in this round, so be confident with all your concepts. The final round was a Group Discussion (GD), where I did my best. After waiting another month, on June 18th, I got a call from Infosys saying I was selected.
- Can you tell me about reversing a string?
- What is the string length?
- What about post increment?
