Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infor.
Business Analyst
The interview process was both professional and accommodating. The hiring manager and other interviewers made me feel welcome from the start, which made the experience less stressful and more engaging. They were professional, listened well, and gave clear feedback. Even though the interview got rescheduled on the same day, they handled it well and made sure everything went smoothly. Each interviewer asked relevant questions about my skills and experience, focusing on problem-solving, technical skills, and fit for the role, showing they cared about details. They also gave me useful info about the role and company values, helping me see how I could contribute. Despite the last-minute change, their professionalism and willingness to accommodate made up for it, leaving a good impression of the company culture and increasing my interest.

I applied on their website. HR called me within a week. The interview was on Teams with one BA and a senior PM on the panel. It was a two-interview process. Overall, it was a good experience.

Business Analyst
The follow-up after the initial interview was fast. However, after the phone interview, I didn't hear back from the employer for a while. The phone interview itself was quick and they seemed keen to set up an in-person interview, but that never happened. The whole thing took about 2 months.
- Can you elaborate on your past experience, the roles you've held, and your responsibilities in those positions?
