Behavioral Case Other

The interview process started with a Recruitment Manager interview, followed by a Hiring Manager interview. After the second interview, there was a 3-week wait during which I completed an online psych assessment, with no feedback or communication. The next stage was a Panel Interview, after which I again received no feedback and experienced another 2-week wait with no communication. This was followed by an interview with the Managing Director. After a further 3-week wait, just as I was about to give up, references were requested. Four days later, after still no communication, I proactively called to find out I wasn't hired. The whole process took over 10 weeks.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

Had a non-company recruiter reach out first. Then, I had a 1-hour chat with the RSM about the role, territory, products, and Infor's growth. It was a relaxed conversation. This led to an onsite with the RSM and hiring manager. They mostly asked what questions I had. Then, a phone interview with the VP of Sales where they grilled me about my past quota achievements and a poor year (my quota doubled and other products were moved). Because of the VP's concerns, I took a personality test. I had two references call the VP for me and then got an offer.

So after I connected with the recruiter, I had a call with the VP who is the hiring manager, then I chatted with a Presales Manager, then another call with the Hiring Manager, and finally, I did a face-to-face meeting with the Hiring Manager.
