Software Engineer Intern
The interview had a phone screen with a few tech questions, then an online assessment, and finally a zoom call with an engineering manager and a senior software developer. It was pretty relaxed. The only technical questions during the zoom call were about the online assessment; the rest was behavioral.
- The common 'FizzBuzz' coding problem was asked.
Network Engineer
The whole thing took about 2 months. I applied online, and HR called me a month later. A week after that, I had a manager interview. Then, the following week, I got rejected. The questions were pretty standard, just a typical HR screening. No technical questions, and no behavioral or situational stuff, just basic questions about getting to know the team and the company, and what I do. The manager was nice and spoke softly. It's a shame it didn't work out because the role sounded exactly like what I was looking for, but that's how it goes.

Intern
Applying to this company has been nothing but a struggle. Last year, I spent two months in their application process, only to find the Hiring Manager unavailable. I ended up speaking with a non-interviewer, and we just chatted about the weather for 20 minutes. This year, I reapplied for a different role and heard back the next day after submitting my application. I completed a phone screening which seemed to go okay. A coordinator then contacted me to set up an interview for the following week. However, after I prepared, the recruiter informed me they were no longer interviewing for the position because the company was changing its direction for that role. This happened the day before the scheduled interview! It's frustrating when companies post openings without being sure about the role. The communication is terrible, management is poor, and it's a complete waste of time. I definitely don't recommend applying as an intern; it's a huge time sink!

Program Administrator
Started with an initial phone screen with HR. Then had a 30 min chat with the supervisor/hiring manager, which was conversational and direct, had a good flow. The final round was a 60 min Panel interview with Director level and above. This last panel interview felt way too difficult for the level and salary of the position. The panel interview felt like they were trying to trip you up and was more rapid fire questions. Didn't get the same supportive vibe from that team as the supervisor/HM. The whole process from interview to offer was very long. HR kept me updated, but I ended up withdrawing and accepted another position.
