Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hyland.
Cloud Specialist
Worst interview experience... the interviewer seemed clueless about the company and had a very bad attitude. I strongly advise against joining this company to protect your career. The interviewer's negative demeanor reinforces my recommendation not to join this worst company.
- Could you discuss your experience with networking concepts?
- Tell me about some of the projects you've worked on.
Cloud Specialist
The interview process wasn't too tough. They asked about my background and personality to see if I'd be a good fit for the company. They mentioned they're open to training someone if they seem like a good fit and have a strong work ethic.
- Can you share some of your experience?
- Tell me about your experience.
Cloud Solutions Specialist
Started with a phone screen, then had a chill video chat with management. All questions were pretty simple, if you got the interview, you're likely qualified. It was more about seeing if you'd fit the team.
- How would you handle a problem when it comes up?
