First I had a phone interview, and then an onsite. I chatted a bit with the recruiter. After that, I met with the VP and the Director. Before the interview, they gave me a general topic to prepare a presentation.

I applied and they reached out 5 days later for a phone interview. The original phone interview was missed, which was frustrating because I had rearranged my day for it. After contacting two people, the interview was rescheduled for 10 days later. The phone interview was pretty straightforward; they explained the hiring process and said I'd move on to an on-site interview with the recruiter and someone to assess my skills. About two weeks later, I went to their campus for the interview. However, instead of the person I expected, I met with the recruiter and the senior team member I would be reporting to. The senior team member, who was also late, started by asking if my being bothered by their lateness mattered to them. The interview was strange and felt unfair. The senior team member explicitly stated they didn't care about my qualifications or my ability to do the job. They didn't ask any relevant questions, claiming they were asking me things they'd never asked anyone before. It felt unprofessional and like a waste of time. They said they'd contact me the following week about the next steps. I followed up three times over the next three weeks with no response. Four weeks after the interview, I got an email saying they had chosen someone else.

The entire interview process took about a month and 10 days from one interview to the next. The HR department seems to be one of the best in the company, as they really care for their staff right from the start.
