First, there was a basic phone interview. Then, they flew me out to Ohio for an onsite interview. Before I arrived, they sent me a 'Business Discovery' document. A part of my interview involved a presentation where I had to ask the interviewees questions and then create a workflow for them based on their answers. After that, there was a panel interview with some basic background questions. They also gave me a tour of their office and took me to lunch. Everyone I met was really friendly, and it was a good experience overall. The work environment is very casual. They told me I'd hear back about a decision in early January, but I didn't hear anything until mid-February.

I went through three interviews. The first was an in-person meeting where I also got a campus tour. They asked basic questions about why I'd be a good fit and about my background. The second interview was a phone call and had pretty much the same questions. The third interview involved a technical assessment to check my current knowledge, like what HTTP stands for and stuff about firewalls, plus another interview with the hiring manager that covered similar ground regarding my experience and why I'd be a good fit.

I found out about the job opening through a friend and applied online. About a week later, I had a Zoom interview with a manager. The next week, I was invited for an in-person interview at the Hyland campus. This included meeting a senior manager, giving a presentation on a tech topic to a panel of TCs, and a tour with the original interviewer. The entire on-site process took about two hours. I got the offer by phone three weeks later. The process was professional and structured, but the wait for an offer was a bit long.
