Case Behavioral

The interview process started with a 15-minute phone screen. Then, there was a 30-minute case interview. The process concluded with a behavioral superday, which included two 30-minute behavioral interviews. The interviews were spaced about a week apart, and the whole process took roughly a month. Most interviews were conducted by actual employees, and you were assigned an interview buddy to assist with answering questions.

Case Behavioral

The interview process was really laid back and I enjoyed all the chats I had with the recruiter and current employees. It started with a recruiter screening, then a case interview, and finished with a final round. The screening part was super chill. The case interview was a bit tough since I hadn't done any casing until a week before, but if you had practiced casing for at least 10 hours, it would have been pretty straightforward. The final round included two behavioral interviews with a Senior Consultant and a Director.

Behavioral Case

It kicked off with a phone screen chat with the recruiter, then a couple of behavior interviews with some mid-level staff where they asked a mix of planned and spontaneous questions. After that, there was a pretty straightforward case interview focused on whether to bring a dialysis service line in-house or outsource it. The process wrapped up with a final interview with a Partner/MD. I got the offer news from the recruiter within two weeks after that last chat.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I interviewed with Huron for their Healthcare Associate Performance Improvement role, and the whole thing took about 2 weeks. It started with a recruiter who was super condescending right from the first phone call. Despite that vibe, I got through all 6 of their interviews, including a case study. I got a job offer call at the end of the first week, and we agreed on the terms on Friday. The recruiter said she'd finalize everything after the weekend. After the weekend, no email or update came for two days. Then, on the third day, Wednesday, the same recruiter called to say internal business changes meant they couldn't go through with the offer. She claimed they wanted someone with direct revenue cycle experience instead of just consulting experience, which honestly makes no sense to me. This should have been discussed way before the offer and definitely before all 6 interviews. The recruiter got really hostile when I was shocked and even tried to gaslight me, saying the offer was just verbal. I've never dealt with such unprofessional behavior. I was left feeling terrible after being led on and then having the offer pulled. It was a total waste of my time and energy. I thought Huron was reputable, but their actions show they lack value, professionalism, and integrity. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope people see their true colors and are held accountable. It's weird because this recruiter is still posting hiring notices on LinkedIn. This experience probably saved me from something worse, given how they treat people. Save yourself the trouble applying here.
