I went through campus recruiting. The process started with a recruiter call and then a super day with 3 interviews. One of the interviews was a case study, specifically about healthcare. The recruiter was really helpful and answered all my questions. They also had a webinar to help us prepare. After the super day, I got an offer over the phone soon after.

It was 3 rounds. First, I had a telephone screen with HR, then 2 more rounds. The first round was case-based, and the second round had a case and then behavioural questions, with different people interviewing me for each. The cases were about 30 minutes and pretty straightforward if you prepared.

Case Behavioral

4 rounds total. First was a recruiter call. Then a case interview, which was pretty easy, not like MBB level. The last two rounds were back-to-back with upper management, basically a superday where they really grilled me on behaviorals, company values, and stuff like that.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you share an instance where you demonstrated leadership?
