They got in touch a couple of weeks after I applied. The first step was a chat with an HR recruiter where they asked behavioral questions. Then, I had a second round with a director who asked both behavioral questions and a case over the phone. The third round was in person, and it involved two cases presented to both a senior consultant and a director. All in all, it was a pretty straightforward interview process. The HR team was really good about keeping me updated.

I initially dropped my resume off at my college campus, and about two days later I got an email for an interview at the conference center in the airport. The next day, they told me I'd advanced to their onsite interview in Chicago, and they paid for all my expenses. The onsite was pretty laid-back and informal, mostly just chatting with current employees to see if I'd be a good cultural fit. The whole process was super fast, and everyone I met was really helpful and seemed genuine.

Had a phone interview with HR, she was vague about the job and didn't ask about soft skills. Then a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had an in-person interview with 6 people. One interviewer was late and then they told me to dress business professional when she showed up in sneakers. The hiring manager didn't know how to run his own test, so me and another interviewer had to guide him. The place didn't seem diverse and I suspect nepotism because the hiring manager and another person were hired by the CIO. They also use old technology.
