Behavioral Case

So I had this first call with the recruiter, which was pretty much all behavioral. They asked stuff like why I wanted to be a consultant and how the whole hiring thing worked. Then, I had to do a case interview. The case itself wasn't too bad, but I guess I didn't do as well as I should have. In the end, I didn't get invited to the last round, which I heard is another behavioral interview.

Case Behavioral Group

The interview process was quite long. It started with a screening, then a case interview that was all about qualitative discussion rather than numbers. After that, there was a peer interview, followed by two rounds of behavioral interviews, and then two more interviews focused on culture and fit, one with a peer and another with a manager.

Behavioral Case

The interview process had 5 rounds. It included several behavioral rounds with consultants of different levels who were very receptive. There was also a case study broken down into stages: first, they provided case details and I asked questions and gave initial thoughts, then they gave financial figures and about 5 questions to answer based on calculations, and finally, I had to present my findings and recommendations to the client. Although the experience was positive, the recruiter ghosted me after all 5 rounds.
