after the initial HR screen, there were five interviews: skills, case study, peer, leadership, and critical thinking. The interviews lasted five hours and they didn't bother to update me on the outcome. I had to chase them for an answer and any feedback if rejected. Both the recruiter and the scheduler ghosted me.

Behavioral Technical Coding

So the interview process for this cool project of translating YouTube videos into Indian Sign Language (ISL) using AI and ML is gonna have a few steps to make sure you're the right fit. First off, they'll look at your application and resume, checking out any projects you've done in ML, AI, or NLP. Then, there might be a quick chat to see if you're a good match for the project, asking about what you know about the project's goals and your tech skills, especially if you've worked on language stuff before. After that, you might get a technical test to check out your coding skills, how well you know ML frameworks, and if you can use the right tools. This could involve things like text processing or data grabbing for the project.
