So I had a really bad experience with this company, the recruiters were not communicative at all. I first cleared the L1 virtual interview. Then, they called me for a face-to-face interview in Pune on December 6th, 2025. The panel seemed happy with my performance and said my technical knowledge was good. They mentioned I'd get a call to discuss the offer, but I never heard back. I tried contacting the recruiter several times over the next few weeks, but got no reply. It's been over two months now, no update, no rejection, nothing. It was super disappointing, especially after I traveled and spent time on the in-person interview.

So there were like three interview rounds. First, they wanna talk about how you handle customer tickets, both the interrupt ones and the auto-generated ones. Then, like executing projects and changes in the Corp Network, nothing too crazy, low to medium complexity. You also gotta handle the business escalation stuff within SLOs, and also escalations coming from the Junior NOC (Tier I). Gotta follow the MoP for troubleshooting and changes, and provide primary on call support. Oh, and document everything like incident reports, postmortems, and lessons learned. They also wanted to know about experience with routing and switching, TCP/IP, IPv6, BGP, OSPF. Firewalling concepts are important too, and expert knowledge in IPv4 addressing & subnetting. Experience with network hardware platforms and architectures, both enterprise and service provider, and working with Service Provider Teams for WAN circuit faults. For credentials, CCNA/JNCIA is required, CCNP/JNCIP/JNCIS is preferred. They want like 4-5 years of experience in Network Operations. And, you know, good communication skills to explain network issues, strong LAN & WAN troubleshooting skills. Juniper & Cisco hardware experience is a must. Knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, IPv6, OSPF, BGP, IPSec VPN & GRE tunneling. Gotta know network standards and practices, and experience dealing with users. Strong knowledge of troubleshooting tools and monitoring platforms. They also look for someone who can stay calm under pressure and is a team player, quick learner, and adaptable.

It was an on-campus drive. Round 1 was a group discussion, split into teams of 20, but my team had 17. The HR asked about life partners, and 9 of us got selected for the next round. Round 2 was an aptitude and coding test on the Cocubes platform. Round 3 involved project work where we were split into teams of 4 from our university. Round 4 was the project evaluation, part of the Hexaware premier league, where projects were presented on stage. Based on this, one person from each team got a direct offer. Round 5 was the final HR interview. My panel's HR was focused on eliminating candidates, so no one from my panel was selected.

So, I had 4 interview rounds for the Senior .NET Developer job at Hexaware. First, there was an HR call where they asked about my background and experience. Then, two technical interviews back-to-back. The interviewers kept their cameras off and asked stuff about C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL. The second technical interview had some repeated questions from the first. Lastly, a technical panel discussion with two people, cameras on this time, asking more questions on the same topics. After that, I got an email saying I was shortlisted and then got sent for background verification through First Advantage. That took about 20 days, and everything was clear. But then, no updates. When I asked Hexaware, they said the project got put on hold.
