First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hexaware Technologies.
QA Test Engineer
The interview involved a technical screen that covered Pyspark and SQL queries, requiring a single query to handle 5 different validations. They also asked about automation difficulties and scenario-based questions related to the project. There was a Python programming question and a question about object-oriented programming concepts.
- Tell me about difficulties you've encountered and resolved in your projects.
Test Engineer
I went for a walk in interview. There were three rounds: a coding round, then a Technical Round, and finally a Managerial Round. If you have a basic understanding of Java, Selenium, and testing concepts, it was very easy to clear. Although my interview went well, my overall experience with the company was very bad, especially with HR. They acted like they were geniuses and we were fools. They wasted our time and didn't respond after we cleared all the interview rounds. Their behavior was the worst. I would advise others not to join.
- Can you tell me about the projects you've worked on?
- What are your testing concepts?
Software Test Engineer
It seems like a pretty easy interview if you're solid on the fundamentals, you should be able to clear it without much trouble. Just make sure your answers are clear and understandable to the interviewer. Sometimes, they might ask you to write SQL queries during the panel interview, depending on who's interviewing you.
- Basic questions about testing were asked.
- Technical knowledge from a user's perspective was assessed.
- Can you write SQL queries?
