The interview process involved an SAP interview, questions about projects worked on, and configuration questions. There were two technical rounds followed by a discussion with HR. The processing was quick, the interaction was good, and the joining procedure was fast. This was repeated throughout the process.

The interview process started with a telephonic call, followed by face-to-face interviews and an HR discussion that included salary negotiations. Technical questions covered active directory, ITIL, domain and workgroups, SLA, severity, incident management, and problem management. I wasn't clear on the contractor allowance policies. It felt unfair that experienced employees were hired as contractors just to save money.
