Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hexaware Technologies.
Functional Analyst
So the interview was pretty good and basically all about my resume. We went deep into capital markets end-to-end processes, talked about my actual experience, the stuff I did, and the testing activities and skills I've worked with.
- Can you discuss your hands-on experience with capital markets end-to-end processes?
- What tasks did you handle?
- What testing activities and skills have you worked on in detail?
Systems Analyst
It usually takes about 1-2 weeks to hear back after the first interview round, and then another week to get confirmation for the next one. They really focus on how well you communicate. After you accept the offer, there's a pre-onboarding phase and then the main onboarding.
- Can you elaborate on the SOLID principles?
- What are your thoughts on Test Driven Development?
- Could you walk me through the SDLC process?
Business Analyst
They did two rounds of interviews and said I got the job and talked about the salary. They promised to send the offer letter in two days and asked for my joining documents. But then they asked me to do another interview. The first interviewer wasn't available, so someone else evaluated me. After I followed up, they told me I might not be the right fit for the role they have. I'm okay with not being selected, but they take too long to respond. It was a really bad experience.
