I interviewed with Hexaware, starting with an online test which I passed. Then I had a 1.5-hour telephonic interview that went great. This was followed by a 30-minute HR round, which also went well. I was told I'd get an offer within a week, but after waiting for 3 weeks with no updates, and continuous follow-ups where I was promised a reply in 2 days, the HR finally told me the position was filled internally. I'm very disappointed with Hexaware's process and advise others to clarify all points before interviewing.

Applied through a consultancy for a Hyderabad-based Java Developer role, but the position was for Chennai. After clearing all interview rounds, I submitted my documents to HR. Despite assurances from HR and the consultancy that an offer letter would be released soon, there was no response for 20 days. HR was unresponsive to calls and emails, which is disappointing for a large MNC. The process felt unethical, and I would advise against applying if selected, as you might end up waiting indefinitely.
