They gave me an Excel exercise and asked me to build a Cash Flow statement from the Income Statement and Balance Sheet, analyze the impact of changes in Working Capital to Free Cash Flow, and calculate CADS. They then flew me to Madrid for the next stage, but I never got reimbursed for my flight expenses even after sending multiple emails about the costs.

It was pretty much what I expected. First, they looked at my CV. Then, I had to do some online questions that were pre-recorded. I was given 3 minutes to plan and 3 minutes to answer each. After that, I had in-person interviews at the AC. One was a panel with 3 people, and the second was a 5-minute chat with a director, which felt more like a casual conversation.

The process started with looking at my CV and cover letter. Then, there was a one-way interview where I had to answer 3 questions in 1 minute each, focusing on me, my experience, and media. After that, I had a 30-minute virtual interview with two people. They asked me to introduce myself, about my experience, and about the industry, company, and role. Finally, there was an in-person assessment day with two more interviews, some written tests, and a group task, which was actually quite fun!
