Behavioral

The interview experience was friendly, warm, and overall conducted well. It was just the initial HR interview, and the interviewer was very professional and knowledgeable. He was mindful of the time, allowed ample opportunity for me to speak, and was very open to any questions I had. If he didn't know an answer, he made sure to get back to me with clarification.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So, I started with an on-campus interview that lasted about 30 minutes with a managing director. It was mostly easy behavioral questions, but they also threw in some basic technical questions, like how to gauge a company's financial health from its statements and the effect of increasing accounts payable on cash. This felt a bit unusual since friends with the same background had only behavioral interviews, so I wondered if being a girl played a role. The second stage was a super day in NYC, which included travel and hotel accommodations, a steak dinner, and then three interviews the next day: two behavioral and one technical. Everyone was quite friendly, and the interviews weren't overly challenging.
