Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was quite simple. I spoke with everyone on the team, and then they got back to me. There were some technical questions, some behavioral ones, and a case study. Everyone was friendly and the HR department was responsive.

The interview process started with a phone screen from the recruiter. Then, I had a meeting with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview with four people. The final step was meeting with the VP of the department. The whole experience was very friendly and relaxed.

I was contacted by three different recruiters from this firm. The first asked me to provide dates and times for interviews which I did. But they never got back with me. Then she said “oops I forgot can you send more dates and times?? I went thru 2 or 3 rounds of this with no interview being scheduled. Then another recruiter reached out to me and asked me to select a time on his calendar. The next available slot was over a week out but I reserved it. An hour before the meeting he cancels and asks me to select another time. I go thru 2 more rounds of this with him. He then calls me at home (not my cell) the day before Christmas to see if I had time to talk. He was on a cell with bad reception and said he would call back. Never did. Apparently this is some kind of game these people play. Don’t waste your time applying
