We had an online interview with 3 pre-recorded questions. They were a bit random, asking for an article title about myself and a brand with good marketing I'd recently seen, with a one-minute response time.

I did a Hirevue, which was pretty basic questions. They also asked about current developments, if I recall. Since it was one-way, it wasn't truly stressful besides the usual awkwardness of talking to yourself on a screen.

Behavioral Technical

I was approached on LinkedIn for the role in July. I had a good first chat with a recruiter and then enjoyed follow-up interviews with three senior people over several months between July and October. One time I found out I was expecting a furniture delivery at the same time as my 5th interview - I told the recruiter to apologize for any short interruption. I made other plans for the delivery and let them know we could continue, but they suggested rescheduling. I moved more meetings to make the interview happen, then heard nothing until today (two weeks later) when I've been told they're not moving forward because I wasn't flexible or apologetic enough. After freeing up several hours over a long period and finishing tasks quickly and at short notice, I found this to be a really bad experience!
