Behavioral Case

This was a pretty tough interview process. They asked a bunch of different things, like about recent news, what I'd done before, why I wanted to work at FTI, and specifically for this role. The people interviewing me were really nice though, and it felt more like a chat than an interrogation.

A 30-minute interview with a managing director and a consultant typically follows a structured format: first, a brief introduction where everyone gets to know each other. Then, the recruiters will explain the role, the team, and what they're looking for. After that, they'll ask about your experience, your technical and behavioral abilities, and why you're interested in the job and the company. This is also your chance to show you can communicate clearly, justify your career choices, and ask good questions. The interview usually wraps up with a more open discussion where you can express your interest and find out what's next in the hiring process.

Behavioral

The hiring process was quite slow, and it didn't seem like they were very invested in candidates. Getting feedback after it was all done took ages, and I had to follow up numerous times. It felt like they weren't prioritizing company culture much. While the job itself seemed interesting, I really didn't enjoy going through their interview process.
