I went through an online assessment first, and then I had an interview after passing that. The interview had two questions that were only 2 minutes long each, and I felt like that wasn't enough time to really answer them.

Technical Behavioral Group Case Presentation
I applied for the Economic and Financial Consulting graduate programme. The process included an initial online test, which was similar to GRE questions, followed by two interview rounds. The first interview was online and focused on motivation and behaviour. The second round was an assessment centre that involved a group interview, another test (like the first one), a case study, and an interview with a partner.

Applied on the FTI Consulting website in October for the 2024 Graduate Scheme | Data & Analytics, Forensic & Litigation Consulting. Then, completed two eSkill assessments covering numerical, verbal reasoning, logical thinking, and technical skills between October and November. Had a phone interview in November about my background, interest in consulting, company knowledge, and goals. Went to the Assessment Centre at FTI Consulting's London office on December 1st. The Assessment Centre included a Group Exercise where we analyzed a case study to find potential fraud and develop action points, focusing on teamwork and presentation skills. There was also a Technical Interview asking about my CV, market sizing, and how I handle client datasets. Lastly, had a Senior Leader Interview to discuss my fit with the Senior Managing Director, exploring experiences, passions, and future aspirations. Got feedback in mid-January, which was a rejection. My advice is to consider the time and effort for each stage, prepare well on company values, case studies, and presentation skills, and have good answers for common interview questions.
