I went through the entire recruiting process for Four Seasons Yacht, completing four interviews. It took me about a month or even longer. After that, I never heard back from them, not even a rejection. They just vanished and ghosted me, which doesn't really align with their stated values or the golden rule.

My experience with this team was really good. They are humble, respectful, and nice people. They made me feel welcome from the start, showing real interest in helping me and getting to know me personally and professionally. There's a warm, human atmosphere that you don't always find in hiring processes, which is much appreciated. The process is quick if you meet certain criteria: if you have solid industry experience and come from a reputable hotel school, you'll likely get an offer almost immediately. They value quality education and a professional attitude, but your personality and how you interact with others are also very important.

I got a call on a Tuesday evening from a 3rd party recruiter who said they urgently need a ServiceNow Administrator because the current one's work authorization is expiring soon, and they need someone ASAP. They gave her until Friday to get it renewed. I quickly tailored my resume and sent it. The recruiter scheduled the interview for Wednesday afternoon. The Director and another ServiceNow Administrator interviewed me for an hour. It was a good discussion. The director said everything looked good and I was ready to join next week, but they'd let me know if the position went on hold. That made me suspicious. I spoke with the recruiter, who said the director liked me and we just had to wait until Friday. On Friday, I followed up, and the recruiter said they were giving her more time until Monday. This set off more alarm bells. Why interview others if they wanted her that badly? On Monday, after following up, I got an email saying she was able to get the needed papers, and the position was closed.
