I had over three interviews which were a mix of on-site, off-site, and online. It was selective but ran smoothly, and everyone was respectful, calm, nice, friendly, and professional. Despite it being a competitive job, the process showed how they carefully select candidates, which upholds the company's values and good reputation.

My experience with this team was really good. They are humble, respectful, and nice people. They made me feel welcome from the start, showing real interest in helping me and getting to know me personally and professionally. There's a warm, human atmosphere that you don't always find in hiring processes, which is much appreciated. The process is quick if you meet certain criteria: if you have solid industry experience and come from a reputable hotel school, you'll likely get an offer almost immediately. They value quality education and a professional attitude, but your personality and how you interact with others are also very important.

I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes before the HR assistant director came and took me through a staff door to the offices. I was led to a waiting area with chairs next to a wall in a narrow corridor. With my coat and bag on my lap and no table, I had to complete a form with questions about my past experience and some psychometric questions. I took my time with it while many people walked by and talked, which was distracting. After finishing, I went to the office, was told to get comfortable, and put my coat and bag on the floor. The interview lasted about 20 minutes.
