Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was pretty tough but rewarding. Instead of feeling like I was being interrogated, I felt heard, constructively challenged, and prompted to be myself. All in all, it was an interesting and eye-opening experience that cared about finding the right fit just as much as skills.

Behavioral Technical

Typically, there are 4 stages of interviews. You'll speak with the Director of Human Resources, your Department Head, the Division Head, and then either the Hotel Manager or GM. The first interview is mostly about company culture and seeing if you'd be a good fit. The next interview focuses on your job qualifications and behavioral questions. Make sure to provide specific examples from your past experience to answer these. The final interview with the hotel manager or GM is mainly to confirm you're a good fit and get upper management's approval, so it's usually not as tough as the others.

Behavioral

The interview process felt very institutional, like a standard hotel interview. I was expecting something more unique to the company given their reputation. It started with a one-on-one with a screener, followed by a conversation with the F&B Director.
