Behavioral Presentation

I went through a phone interview, then an in-person interview with the marketing team, followed by a final in-person interview with the VP and GM. They offered me the position during the last interview and we talked about my start date. I also met with the People & Culture team right then to go over the offer. After I left, I was told someone was sick, so the offer would be emailed soon. I followed up a bunch, but then got totally ghosted for three weeks, until a generic automated email said they picked someone else, like I never even interviewed. They never answered my emails and I still have no idea what happened. It was super upsetting and misleading.

Had a phone interview that lasted about 22 minutes. We talked about my past experience, what future opportunities might look like, why I'm interested in working at Montage, and the specific roles and responsibilities of the position. It was a very comfortable conversation, and the interviewer was extremely kind, making communication flow easily. After the interview, I was asked to complete a writing project for the next stage.
