The interview process felt a bit sketchy. The interviewer turned off their camera for 'bandwidth' reasons and seemed to be reading from a script. They asked strange questions, like what superpower you would choose. It felt like they use these weird tactics to find people who won't question things, almost like a cult recruitment. I did get the job but left quickly because none of the sales people actually had sales experience, which was a major red flag.

So basically, I went through the whole interview process and didn't get an offer. It started with an initial assessment after I applied, which was just basic stuff like comprehension and typing. Then came a 10-15 minute screening interview that I thought went really well, with general questions. After that, another assessment, more personality-based, using a agree-disagree scale. The same screener contacted me because I was being considered for four roles, and they wanted to put me forward for the Project Data Assistant position and schedule me with the supervisor. I had a 45-minute interview with them, which also felt great, and they even talked about next steps and potential start dates. They did ask some odd questions, but I figured that's normal for corporate jobs. Then, one last assessment where I had to send my social media accounts; I sent my private Instagram. A few days later, I got an email saying they decided not to move forward with my application, which was really disappointing given how invested I was.

The interview process was thorough and easy. I felt they really valued my personality, attitude, and values over skills, which can be taught. They wanted to get to know me better as a person. Everyone was very kind, happy, and upbeat but still professional. I liked the unique questions that Everlight asks, which sets them apart. They responded within about a week.

After applying, I was immediately sent an assessment to complete, after that, I was scheduled for an initial call. The first interviewer introduced themselves then turned off their camera "for bandwidth" and I was being recorded. I was asked personality questions. I moved on to the next round and the same thing, the interviewer introduced themselves and then turned off their camera and I was being recorded. The second interviewer tried to ask me questions about work but then switched over to asking non-work-related questions about my best friend, what my home life was like, and what I was OCD about. Even with these questions, the interviewer was still robotic with their responses and questions. I tried to ask questions about the job, responsibilities, and the interviewer could not give me a clear answer, just that the next interviewer would answer it better. I thought that whole interview was weird and I got MLM vibes. After the interview, I was sent yet ANOTHER assessment to do and that's where I did more research and saw that other people on Glassdoor literally went through the exact same process I did for different roles. Decided not to move forward with the process.
