This interview process felt a bit odd, almost culty. I spoke with Delaney, who briefly showed her camera before turning it off to supposedly save bandwidth. She mentioned she didn't have many details about the position and her role was just to screen candidates. The conversation veered into personal questions rather than focusing on my work history. It maintained a culty vibe.

We had three rounds of interviews over zoom. The first one was just a screening. Then, there were two more zoom interviews with different supervisors, but they had their cameras off. The questions were a bit different than what you'd normally expect.

Behavioral Technical Other

This was a strange and creepy interview process. They asked overly personal questions and only had their cameras on for the first 10 seconds, citing bandwidth issues. I completed a screening and first-round interview where they avoided discussing job specifics, focusing only on 'culture.' After researching the company and seeing negative reviews, I wouldn't have taken the job anyway, but the interview itself was unsettling. When I asked about desired employee qualities beyond 'driven' and 'go-getter,' they simply said that was it. They boasted about conducting around 900 interviews weekly with only a 1% hire rate. I was told the next step was another interview to get job details. However, after the interview on Friday, I received an email with an assessment, which hadn't been mentioned earlier. I ignored it since it was late Friday, and by Saturday night, I got an email saying I was no longer considered. It felt like they were testing my 'driven' nature by seeing if I'd do the assessment after hours. Thankfully, I'm not 'everlight solar material.'
