The interview process was quite quick and simple. I was able to schedule the interview myself at a time that worked for me. First, there was a pre-interview where I answered some questions. After I was notified that I passed the pre-interview, I had a second interview.

BEWARE! This company has horrible scammy business practices. They invited me to a weird scripted zoom interview where the interviewer flashed their camera once then shut it off for the remainder of the time. I was later invited to a second interview where I was told that there were multiple HR positions that I could choose from. They explicitly told me that I would be perfect for the HR role and that they would go over the final details if I was invited to a third interview. When I received the invitation for the third interview, it was for a customer service position. I of course asked for clarification which took days to get a response, and they said that they weren't hiring for ANY HR positions!!! At the same time, they had NEWLY posted HR positions listed on multiple job hiring sites. They clearly did a bait and switch on me and were really looking for customer service reps the entire time. I sent them an email letting them know how unprofessional their business practices are and that I would be writing a Glassdoor review to expose them. I gave them time to respond and provide any clarification and they decided to ignore me. So here it is! You all have been warned! P.S. If this position even exists, they mentioned that it is an independent contractor role and salary paid.

So, I didn't really have a formal interview, just this Zoom screening thing. I had my camera on, but the person screening me didn't. They told me when I booked it not to ask about the job since it wasn't an interview, but then they totally asked me for questions at the end. Some of the questions felt like a joke, and the screener said they knew nothing about the role and had zero input on hiring decisions. They also kinda ignored my attempts to just connect as people. It had this really weird, dystopian feel. I didn't get a follow-up or an offer, and honestly, the way they phrased some stuff (super weird and over the top) makes me think I wouldn't have been a fit anyway.
