I had to keep my camera on the whole time and they were recording me, but the interviewer said they couldn't turn theirs on because of bandwidth. She asked questions totally unrelated to the job like 'What is the nerdiest and saddest thing you've ever organised?' and 'Would you describe yourself as a go-getter?', which made no sense for this role. It seemed like she wasn't putting in much effort and the company doesn't value applicants.

The process was quite unusual, lasting roughly three weeks. As others have noted, the interviewer kept her camera off during both rounds, but I had to keep mine on. The initial round felt very distant, with the interviewer giving only "okay!" responses. However, the second round was much better, with a pleasant conversation despite the odd setup. Both interviews featured peculiar questions that were impossible to anticipate. Following the interviews, a personality test was administered, as the company prioritizes soft skills and personality fit over technical abilities, believing these aspects are trainable and essential for cultural alignment.
