The interview process felt a bit unconventional. It seemed like the recruiters were reading from a script, and it appeared they were new to their roles. This made me question the potential for growth within the company, as the talent acquisition team didn't seem very experienced.

The interview process was kind of strange. They didn't ask about technical skills, so it seems like they're looking for social and outgoing people. The recruiters followed a script, and you could tell when they were trying to force a laugh. It felt unnatural, and I was put off when even the hiring manager was reading from a script. My questions weren't answered, and the pay is really low. Everyone I spoke with didn't have a background in management or recruiting, and their education wasn't impressive. I'd avoid this place if you're looking for a professional entry-level job with effective managers.
