The process was quick, with a 10-minute pre-screening and a 30-minute interview afterwards. I had to sign up for the pre-screening the day before the only available slot, and then do the same for the subsequent interview, making it a very fast process overall.

They reached out on LinkedIn and after an initial assessment, we had an online interview. This was followed by another assessment and then a 1-hour online interview where we discussed my work and I was asked to compare myself to my best friend, touching on competitiveness and OCD. More personality assessments were done. After three days, they informed me they were proceeding with another candidate. The pay was also below average, which was a factor.
