Electrical Engineer
after i applied for the position of electrical engineer, i got an initial interview call. then there was a 15-20 mins phone screening interview. 2 weeks later, i had a technical interview with managers where they discussed very detailed technical things, it was more like a discussion and i enjoyed it. a month after that, i had a final interview with HR and managers which was a mix of technical and HR questions based on a questionnaire i filled before. after these 3 interviews, they asked for references and after 3 weeks of speaking with them, i got a conditional offer. after i signed it, equinor did a background check via a third party, which took 2-3 weeks, and then i received the final offer. the whole process took about 4-5 months.
