First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Equinor.
Graduate Engineer
First, they looked at my CV, then there was an online written test with an IQ and personality test. After that, I did a pre-recorded interview. Then came the recruitment days which included group work, a 1:1 interview, and a case study presentation. Finally, there was a background check before they made me a job offer and I started onboarding. The process was clear and organized.

After submitting my application, I received a link to complete an ability test and a personality test. The personality test involved choosing between two images in various situations. Several weeks later, I had a computer-based video interview.
