After the initial video interview, I was invited to a recruitment day. This day had three main parts: a group task, a presentation, and then an interview with both the manager and HR. The group task involved working with four other people on a pretty simple assignment. For the presentation, I had to prepare beforehand and speak for 10 minutes to two interviewers. The topic, which I got two days before, was about a future challenge Equinor might face and what three employee skills they should prioritize developing to help tackle it. Finally, there was a one-on-one interview with the manager, who mostly asked technical questions, and the HR person, who was more interested in my personality.
