It was a professional interview, they were keen to know about my background and motivation. They also expressed interest in investing in my career development. English was the official language and was prioritized over Norwegian. The position and its expectations were explained well, as were the career development paths (both professional and leadership pipelines).

I applied online and then had to do a SHL psychometric test. About a month after that, they invited me for a video interview that lasted for 30 minutes. Two technical people interviewed me and they were really nice. They asked both technical and behavioral questions. I'm still waiting to hear back about what happens next.
