The first step was a call with an external recruiter. After that, there was a behavioral questionnaire and then an interview with HR and the hiring manager. Overall, it was a good and efficient process, even though the hiring timeline was a bit long.

The whole thing was pretty good and not too hard, but it took them over two months to give me an offer, and the pay wasn't up for discussion.
