The interview experience was good and the company was really helpful in explaining the process. I was told I'd be a good fit for the administrative assistant role and I'm very interested in it. It was a rewarding experience and I learned a lot about the interview process at Discovery. I didn't get the job this time, but I'll achieve my goals next time.

Did a video interview with recorded questions first, then an in-person one. It felt pretty simple and easy at the time. The interviewer was nice, but I never heard back about the job, even though I made it pretty far. It was a frustrating experience because they just ghosted me in the end. Not a good experience overall because they ghosted me.

The team was super quick and responsive. I heard back about an interview a little over a week after applying. The first round was two days later over Zoom with a team member. The second round was the very next day with the same team member and the VP, also on Zoom. They asked questions about project planning and some behavioral questions. It felt like a really warm and casual conversation the whole time. I got my offer right after the second interview on the same day!

I got a link from HireVue. There were a couple of practice questions before the real interview started. There were 6 questions in total. Each question had 2 minutes to prepare and the actual answering time varied from 1:30 to 2:00. You could answer each question twice. I used the first try to practice and see how much I could say within the time limit, then redid it the second time.
