It was a pre-recorded interview with about 5-6 questions, and each question had 2 retakes allowed. The questions weren't too hard. You just need to have a basic understanding of the role you're applying for, your past work experience, projects, and interests.

I had an interview that started right on time. It was pretty brief, only about 4 questions. The interviewer was very direct and didn't show much reaction. They asked: What do we do at Discovery Communications?, Who was your favorite teacher?, What is your favorite brand and why?, and finally, Why Discovery?
