Recruiter called and asked a couple questions. Was less than 15 minutes and never heard another word. I would love to know how they make hiring decisions with a 15 minute phone call.

I had to use a link from an email to go to a virtual interview site called Hireview. This site lets you practice with common interview questions before the real interview. The interview I did had 5 questions. I saw the question and had 3 minutes to get ready before recording. Answers had to be one minute long. You get two chances to answer, but the second try is automatically saved and sent. It was a bit weird and I was nervous, so my voice trembled. If you get nervous, keep water handy for between questions.

It took a really long time to get through the process. There were many people involved, and the two interviews were spaced out over several months. While it was acceptable, it could have been handled much faster. The office itself was nice though.
