Business Intelligence Manager
I see the same job opening from the last 6 months and it seems like a never-ending process. The interviewer from the US is taking people's time for granted and is always checking the time to complete the interview process. He doesn't have any professional skills nor does he know whom to hire. I hope someone else from this organization will help the US guy shortlist the suitable person for this position so that HR can get rid of the hiring burden and not have to post the same job again and again.

Software Engineer
I went through 4 rounds of interviews, which took up more than 5 hours of my time. The last round was a panel of 4 people who asked questions really fast without any clear order, making it feel more like a stress test than an actual evaluation. Even though I answered most questions well, I never got any feedback or even a simple response after the interview. It seems like they're looking for someone exceptional but are offering way less than what's standard in the industry. The whole experience felt disrespectful, messy, and totally unclear. My advice to the management is: if you want people to spend a lot of time on your interview process, at least respond afterward. Also, train your interview panels on how to conduct interviews with a clear structure, pace, and some empathy; it would really help your company's image. And please make sure your expectations match your offers – good candidates won't go through bad experiences or lowball offers.

Deal Operations Specialist
I applied for the Sales and Service Operations Analyst role, but during the first interview, the manager realized my background was a better fit for the Deal Operations Specialist position which was open. He asked if I was interested, and I said yes. He told me he’d recommend me. The next day, I had the second interview with the director. It was weird though, if they didn’t plan to hire me, why did they move me to the next round? The first interview was good, but I think I could have done better. The second interview was not very challenging, with not many tough questions. I felt good about it, but I’m not sure how much it mattered. The real problem started after the interviews. I followed up a lot, but they kept saying the role was on hold, and then I found out it was filled, and they didn’t even tell me. I had to call and email again to get that confirmation, which was annoying. The people I interviewed with were nice and professional, but the whole process was frustrating because it was unclear and I didn’t get feedback. It felt like a missed chance for them to be more open. I hope they get better at communicating after interviews, because candidates should know what’s going on, win or lose. I’ve found a good job now, but wanted to share this so they can improve for next time.

Professional Development Specialist
The interview process was very straightforward and conversational. It started with a screening call with the hiring manager. Then, there was a virtual task interview with the managers of Professional Learning. Finally, there were two interviews with members of the Professional Learning Department, one of whom was a VP. The task involved facilitating a 10-15 minute PD session, and they were looking for engagement and strong facilitation skills. Questions focused on situational aspects and required drawing on your experience. They were assessing your fit for the role and if you embody the company values as an educator.
