I've been through CA's interview process twice, once pre-pandemic with in-person interviews at their Billerica office for two different roles. For both, I was a finalist or even the top pick. One time, they even asked for my references. The second time, they sent over benefits info, including pricing for health insurance options. I'm pretty sure I was a top candidate both times. However, both times, I only received a generic email saying I wasn't a fit, with no personal feedback, even though I thought I was getting an offer. It's confusing because the process involved building relationships with an HR rep over months with lots of communication, only to end with a form letter, especially after they requested my references' contact info (though they didn't end up contacting them). This isn't acceptable.
