Manager
It was a really long process just to end up not getting an offer. I met with all six team members over two to three months and they asked a lot of the same questions over and over. This has happened a few times now for different jobs I applied for at CA.
- Can you tell me about your career and work experience that is relevant to this role?
- What experience do you have with the subject area?
- Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult customer or colleague.
Customer Relationship Manager
I got an email from the recruiter to schedule an interview. I had to email dates/times that I was available. It would be an easier process if they had a scheduling link to a calendy or something similar. The first round interviewer was very down to earth and asked 5 questions. No follow up interview. It would be nice to receive feedback on the interview, but I know that they are very busy.
- Tell me about yourself
- How do you deal with teachers who need extra support
Customer Relationship Manager
The interview process was efficient and seamless. The talent specialist was very communicative and answered all of my questions along the way. First step was a phone screen. Second was a virtual interview with the account manager. Third round was with the VPs of the department. Overall, a great experience. I really appreciate that they were trying to find the right fit for the team.
- How do you keep yourself organized?
