So, the whole interview thing was pretty structured. First, I had a phone call to see if I was even qualified. Then, there was a behavioral round to check how I interact with people. Finally, they hit me with two technical rounds to see if I actually knew my stuff.

I went through 4 rounds of interviews, which took up more than 5 hours of my time. The last round was a panel of 4 people who asked questions really fast without any clear order, making it feel more like a stress test than an actual evaluation. Even though I answered most questions well, I never got any feedback or even a simple response after the interview. It seems like they're looking for someone exceptional but are offering way less than what's standard in the industry. The whole experience felt disrespectful, messy, and totally unclear. My advice to the management is: if you want people to spend a lot of time on your interview process, at least respond afterward. Also, train your interview panels on how to conduct interviews with a clear structure, pace, and some empathy; it would really help your company's image. And please make sure your expectations match your offers – good candidates won't go through bad experiences or lowball offers.

After that, I was told the next interview, with a manager, was a tough one that some people don't pass. This one was a behavioral interview. I felt the manager in this round was unnecessarily argumentative and rude. By the end of the interview, I decided I wouldn't want to work with this person. When I found out I didn't get the job, it felt like a waste of 4 weeks of effort to realize that, but I was glad I didn't get it.
