Product Manager
I got a quick response and then a phone interview, but it took a while for them to follow up. The phone interview was a bit vague, I felt like they were looking for something specific but it wasn't clear from the job description. I asked for feedback after not getting the offer, and they were willing to give it. They were really friendly, and I think my background just wasn't the right fit for what they needed.

Associate Product Manager
The interview process was super smooth! First, I had a quick phone screening with recruitment about my career goals and location. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the product director where we mainly talked about me – my background and what I'm looking for in a new role. The product director then set expectations for the next three interviews with different teams. After that, I had another Zoom session with the same product director, this time to give a presentation on implementing a feature or product. Following that, I interviewed with other PMs for a workshop session. Then, I spoke with the engineering team/managers about my experience collaborating with engineers. Finally, I had an interview with the VP to discuss my career aspirations and why I'm interested in CA.

Product Manager
I submitted my application through their website. Subsequently, I received an email from the recruiter who then arranged an interview with the hiring manager. The interview questions were technical and very direct, feeling almost like a checklist and quite robotic.
- Can you define what a product manager is?
- What distinguishes the waterfall and agile approaches?
- Which approach do you favor, and what's a downside to it?
