Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Curriculum Associates.
Intern
It was a really nice experience, and everyone I spoke with was very kind. The conversation felt very good, and it was clear the people there genuinely enjoy their work.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?
- How do you think your classmates would describe you?
Fellow
There were two rounds of interviews, each about 30 minutes long. The interviewers were nice and asked about my past experiences, strengths, and weaknesses. They also asked why I applied to CA and what I hoped to gain from the fellowship. It felt more like a conversation because they were open to questions.
- Could you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
- Tell me about yourself.
- What skills are you looking to develop?
Intern
I talked to 4 people throughout the process and they were all really nice. The questions were pretty standard, but they really wanted to know about my background in education and why I was interested in CA.
- Can you tell me about a difficult situation you faced at work and how you handled it?
- What motivates your interest in working for CA?
- Could you share your experiences within the education sector?
