I went through a process with impeccable communication, qualified and super respectful people. There were 4 interviews in total: HR, director, head and product and tech, culture chat. They were all great, I left with the feeling that I did well in each one of them. After the culture interview, HR informed me that they would give me feedback in 2 days. A week and a half passed and nothing, I assumed I wasn't approved. I sent a message and the response was short and dry, 'we closed with another candidate', I asked for feedback... 'ah yes, I'll pass it on.' A month later I congratulated the process as a whole and said I was incredulous that it would end this way, I only got a response because I asked and without feedback from a process I was interviewed for by high levels. Again the response was that I would receive the feedback. Now it's been 2 months. The impression that remained is that as long as we are part of the goal, the treatment is excellent, when we are no longer, there is no importance whatsoever.

The interview at Creditas was a fantastic experience! It kicked off with HR, giving me a good look at the company and what they're looking for. Then, I chatted with the coordination and supervisor, who were super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Clear and open communication was key for me to feel at ease and really show what I could do. The Creditas team was really open and happy to answer all my questions and clear up any doubts. I was impressed by how much they emphasized direct, clear communication, making me feel heard and considered for the role. Overall, it was a really positive interview, leaving me with a great impression of the company and the team. I think Creditas is a place that really values effective communication and respect for candidates, which is super important in any hiring process.

I went through three interview stages: a screening, a chat with the team manager, and then a technical chat with a specialist dev where I did a cool LeetCode problem. After that, I got a generic email saying I didn't pass. Two months later, they messaged me on a Sunday asking if I was still available to work. They scheduled an interview for the next day with the tech lead, which was more about my life and career situation. I didn't hear anything for another two weeks, and then I got another generic email saying I didn't pass.

Technical Case Behavioral

I went through this process from September to October 2023. There were 4 stages: (1 - HR, 2 - Practical Excel case, 3 - interview with someone from product and case interview, 4 - interview with the hiring manager and case interview) and then the selection outcome. I can't say it was feedback because I wasn't given any return on the cases I submitted, like what I didn't do well on, where I could improve, etc. It was just a 'thank you for your dedication, we chose someone else.' But overall, it was a great process. I got to challenge myself a lot and do analyses I hadn't done before. I learned a lot and feel more prepared for future processes. From the first contact to receiving the outcome, it took 30 days (Sept 20 to Oct 20).

  • Interview with someone from the product area and case interview, in this case the interviewer wanted to understand my reasoning to solve a problem, basic calculations of revenue, costs, expenses and etc.
